The Hytera SC780 is a 4G LTE body-worn camera that does something most body cameras can’t: it shows a control room what’s happening while it’s happening, rather than producing evidence after the event. This is the 64 GB model, doubling the onboard recording capacity of the standard version.
Small-distortion optics with a 130° diagonal field of view keep faces, number plates and detail at the edge of frame usable rather than stretched, and infrared night vision handles car parks, stairwells and late shifts. A front camera supplements the main lens, and a 2.4" screen allows on-the-spot review.
