Tri-Site Survey Equipment operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Tri-Site Survey Equipment is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Tri-Site Survey Equipment reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or business use and not for unauthorised commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling and, unless otherwise stated, are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be added at checkout where applicable.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Shipping, handling, customs and import charges are not included in the displayed price unless expressly stated.
We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, and to promptly update this information — including your email address and payment details — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and any applicable VAT.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Before opening any delivery, please check (i) the packaging is intact and (ii) the number of packages matches your delivery note. If you notice damage before opening, please note "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note and describe the issue.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of goods received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 0330 043 4456 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) or by email.
Where a product is faulty or arrives damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. If you choose to return goods using a courier other than one we arrange, and this costs more than our standard return shipping, you will be responsible for the difference.
Section 6 - Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights)
If you are a consumer (purchasing outside the course of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This right does not apply to goods made or personalised to your specification.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned in the condition it was received. You will be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence of dispatch, if you arrange your own return shipping).

Your purchases are also subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK], where applicable.
Section 7 - Guarantee / Warranty
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, products are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty against defects, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Specific warranty terms vary by product — please contact us for details relevant to your purchase.
Warranty cover does not apply to:
a) Damage from transport (beyond that reported at the point of delivery), accidents, or improper/abnormal use after delivery b) Products returned without their original packaging c) Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Tri-Site Survey Equipment.
